On Thursday afternoon Engine 46-1 and Engine 46-2 responded to assist Station 39 (West Bradford Fire Company) and other mutual aide on a pavilion fire in West Bradford Township. Engine 46-2 and Engine 39-1 were the first arriving units. Engine 46-2 secured a 5" supply line from a nearby hydrant while crews from Engine 39-1 and Engine 46-2 investigated the fire. Upon investigation the fire was extinguished by the homeowner using a garden hose.

Earlier in the day Engine 46-1 and Engine 46-2 responded to an automatic fire alarm at Downingtown West High School. The alarm was set off from burnt food in the kitchen.
