On Friday night, the Downingtown Fire Dept. responded to the report of a vehicle accident on Bell Tavern Blvd. Assistant 46 (Heininger) arrived on scene to find a vehicle up on the guardrail. Crews checked the vehicle to make sure it was secured and stood by with tools and oil-dry as the tow service worked to remove the vehicle. All units cleared the scene after about an hour.
